Construction began in 2019, guided by three core principles:
- Acoustic Integrity: Walls lined with sound-dampening mineral wool, triple-sealed windows, and vibration-isolated HVAC systems ensured that even during peak flight hours, guest rooms remained sanctuaries of silence—a feat verified by independent acoustic testing (≤32 dB indoor noise level).
